General Fees:

Acknowledgments: $15 for each signature

Acknowledgment or proof of a deed or other instrument, to include the seal and the writing of the certificate 


Oaths/Affirmations: $15 

Administering an oath or affirmation to one person


Jurats: $15

executing the jurat including the seal


Voting Materials: $0


Powers of Attorney: $15

Certifying a copy of a power of attorney under Probate Code section 4307


Veteran's Benefit: $0

United States military veteran's application or claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran's benefit (Government Code section 6107)


*All documents must be complete (except for signature and notary public section) before appointment.


Travel Fees

A minimum travel/convenience fee will be added to the Notarization Fee:

  • 0-5 miles: $25
  • 5-10 miles: $30
  • 10 miles and up: $35 and up depending on the distance
  • $40 minimum total fee

Loan Document Signing Fees

1st set of Loan Documents (purchase, refinance, HELOC, etc):  $100-$200

2nd set of Loan Documents at the same signing: $50

Printing of E-Docs (2 sets for one loan): $25

Email or Fax backs: $15


* Loan signing services include all notarial acts, round trip travel up to 20 miles one way, and drop off at UPS, or FedEx with provided account number.
